Our class schedule consists almost entirely of Small Group Training because it works so well!
Within that, we have 2 main sessions (Functional Fitness & Vitality) with a handful of specific classes to support the main programme.
All our classes are delivered by our team of expert coaches, so you'll be supported every step of the way!

Welcome to “Vitality” – where strength meets energy!
This class is designed for you to enhance your physique while building a strong and resilient foundation. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned athlete, Vitality offers a blend of low-impact strength training and energizing fitness routines to invigorate your body and mind.
"Mobility" is an hour of flexibility & moving better, we blend stretching and self-massage techniques to loosen up.
This is for the LADIES out there!
Empowering women to get STRONG and FIT together with lots of focus on Breathing, Pelvic Floor Strengthening and Training through the Menopause & Post-Partum.
Develop power and precision with our “Olympic Lifting” class. This class is carefully designed for both beginners and experienced lifters, providing a comprehensive learning experience for mastering the fundamental techniques of Olympic lifting, specifically the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
A weekly "Competition Ready" class dedicated to nurture the more competitive spirits amongst us and prepare for competitive Fitness events.
Our "Teens" Class is For 10-16 year olds to help develop athleticism and strength in safe, fun and fully coached classes.
