F.A.Q.
We have sessions available at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week. View our timetable.
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness.
It's perfect for beginners!
No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of your stay.
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings. You can check out all our memberships here.
If you follow our advice and stick to the program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don't make progress we'll give you all of your money back.
