What you get on the 30 Day Trial

  • Two 121 Personal Training Sessions

    To welcome you, and to help you feel confident and comfortable coming to the gym.

  • Unlimited Small Group Training

    We see our best results from starting with 2-3 times/week, but we welcome anyone who would like to train more.

  • Maximum Flexibility

    There’s 80 sessions from 6am-9pm, 7 days a week. You can attend the same ones or mix them up.
    It’s completely up to you.

  • NUTRITION COACHING

    Simple, Satisfying and Sustainable Nutrition Advice to complement your fitness programme and accelerate your results.

  • Ongoing Support

    Discover our online community, where the team and all our members share their experiences, thoughts and questions.

  • A COACH TO GUIDE YOU, EVERY SESSION

    Unlike normal gyms, we care for you every session. By working mostly in small groups (maximum of 10:1, but an average of 6-8), you’ll have help with technique and motivation throughout.

Q. WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

ALL TRAINING TAKES PLACE FROM OUR GYM IN POLEGATE. YOU'LL FIND US ON THE CHAUCER BUSINESS PARK. FIND US HERE.

Q. Can I come for a Free Trial session?

We offer Free Classes every last Friday of the month.

Q. HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?

OUR MEMBERS ARE ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS.
EVERYONE STARTS WITH THE SAME FEELINGS, WE ALL STARTED SOMEWHERE AND UNDERSTAND EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL.
WE’LL START YOU FROM YOUR CURRENT LEVEL AND PERSONALISE YOUR PROGRAMME TO TAKE IT AT A PACE THAT WORKS FOR YOU.

Q. WHEN ARE CLASSES? IS THERE A TIMETABLE?

WEEKDAYS:6-11AM, 1-2PM AND 4PM-9PM.
WEEKENDS: 8-12 SATURDAY & SUNDAY.

IT'S SUPER FLEXIBLE. CLASSES RUN EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR. YOU CAN BOOK 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, OR 2 MINUTES BEFORE.

Q. WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?

OUR TEAM IS HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN CREATING PROGRAMMES THAT WILL WORK WITH, AND ULTIMATELY IMPROVE, A WIDE RANGE OF CONDITIONS. WE ALSO HAVE A RESIDENT PHYSIOTHERAPIST ON THE TEAM.

Q. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND TO GET RESULTS?

IF YOU'RE NEW, WE RECOMMEND AROUND 2-3 SESSIONS A WEEK, CONSISTENTLY.
YOU HAVE FULL ACCESS, SO ANY MORE IS A BONUS!
